Booking & Arrival

Scheduled Appointments Only
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking to avoid overlapping with other clients.

|Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect the next guest’s time.

No Smoking Policy
For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises (including outdoor areas).

Ground Floor Only
All facilities (treatment area, restroom, refreshments) are located on the ground floor for your convenience.

Cancellations & Fees

48-Hour Notice
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations/rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to others.

Late Cancellation Fee
Appointments canceled within 24 hours incur a £10 fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit their deposit.

Security Assurance
Discreet security cameras are placed in shared areas (not treatment rooms) for everyone’s protection.
Refreshments Provided
Complimentary tea, water, and light refreshments are available for your enjoyment.
Strict Professional Conduct
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.
